Richard has become renowned over the years for a number of groundbreaking films. These include his short film 'The Poker Academy' starring Mike Reed and Nick Moran, and his direction on 'Orange Playlist' which revolutionised the way music shows are seen today. He has also recently made a name for himself as one of the UK's most in demand music video directors, thanks to his work for R'n'B superstar Jay Sean.
Alan is a producer/director with over 10 years experience. He has won a number of awards, including the Gold Lion advertising award from Cannes and the PROMAX award for the best use of interactive media. His work has included direction on hit TV shows such as 'Only Fool and Horses' and 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here' and a worldwide Nike campaign with top athletes such as Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan.
Buki is an art director with a specialty in promos and commercials. His background in the fashion and magazine industry means he has a strong eye for detail and is not afraid to break the mould. His recent work has included a very powerful commercial for Amnesty International and a light-hearted music promo featuring the late Jade Goody.

Laurence Koe is one of the founding partners at hey buddy, but is still also
a hands-on director. He has a strong background in youth and music
programming, covering events and also studio shoots, but he particularly
comes into his own when sunshine or snow is involved!
Shurwin made his name at MTV where he created, produced and directed the legendary r'n'b show 'The Lick' with Trevor Nelson. He went on to work in the entertainment department at the BBC, before returning to MTV to take control of Europe's premier r'n'b and hip hop channel, MTV Base. There he was responsible for overseeing music policy, branding, event managing, marketing, press and executive producing.
RHYS DYER
Rhys is a freelance director/editor with five years experience in television editing. Rhys' creative flair has been put to the test with MTV documentaries. He is currently developing his own feature film project titled 'Killer Weed'
